When owner and construction veteran John O’Flaherty noticed a gap of high-end salon suite rentals in the greater Chicago area, he immediately got to work developing premier commercial spaces that salon owners could personalize to make their own. With an increased demand of these boutique salon suite rentals in the greater Chicago area, John worked with precision to ensure the space felt elegant, thoughtful, and fresh. Owner John O’Flaherty’s roots in the construction industry run deep. With 20 years of construction experience and an undergraduate degree in Construction Management at Purdue University, John uses this experience to fuel his passion for innovation and design. He founded Wolf Point Builders in 1997, where he partners with the leading talent in architecture, engineering, and construction to bring hundreds of residential and commercial properties to life in the greater Chicago area.
